Maybe because I poured the whole bottle in, not realizing it is bottle conditioned? Damn it! I only have one too, since I made a mix and match 6 pack at world market. I wanted to taste it to compare what my American Amber is going to taste like, but now it isn't going to taste right. I usually always look for yeast in a beer I've never had, but I didn't this time. Figures.

The plus side is that my american amber that I just racked to secondary looks just like my glass of rogue. Same color and just as cloudy :p

I just had their Juniper Ale, and thought it had a very strong yeast character. It may just be part of their house flavor/special yeast that they use. I am sure others with more Rogue experience will be able to provide more definite feedback, but I thought I'd chime in anyway.
