I just got a med grade oxygen tank and I'd like to know what setting on the reg I should use. I have a .5 micron stainless stone if that helps. Thanks.

I set mine to 2 and let her rip for 60 seconds. That kicks up quite a frothy foam.

I just listened to a pod cast about a guy who was using O2 for 5 minutes on 5 gallon batches. The result was a sharp alcohol flavor in the beer. I personally only use 1 minute per 5 gallons. Med grade O2 does wonders for yeast, but it appears it must be done somewhat in moderation.

I do it for 30 seconds for most beers. I've read that the wort absorbs about 90% of what it can in 30 seconds and that it takes up to around 5 minutes to absorb the rest. Personally, 90% is good enough for me.
