Looking to make something weird (but hopefully drinkable):
Here's what I have
1# DME
2# corn sugar
.5# dark honey
5# juice oranges
4 blood oranges
1# belgian cara (don't have a grain mill, though)
wyeast 4632 dry mead
various herbs and spices
standard all grain setup
maybe a 2 or 3 gallon melomel? with some malt? is that a thing?
