Ive got two batches one a mixed apple and berrys and one just apple the apple and berry batch is has been sitting there for three weeks in the bucket and there is still lots of krausen about 1 inch of it but the plane apple one has been there two weeks and all the krausen has cleared up why is this ?

Krausen is created by the co2 gas lifting particles up out of suspention and collecting them at the top in a layer. I'd say your mixed juice has more particles!
