I have been fermenting an American Wheat for 22 days so far. I would like to bottle it tonight. Currently it is in the basement(68F). I want to bring it upstairs(80F) about 3-4 hours before I bottle it. I want it to settle out during the 3-4 hours.

My question is this....will it affect the beer going from 68 to 80 for those few hours? I don't think that it will because fermentation is complete. Any thoughts?

I was wondering about this yesterday, but concerning secondary/ clarifying tank.

Beer for the most part gets warmer than that in transportation to stores etc.. and like ^ said, it's done fermenting so no worries.

bottle in the basement to keep the trub and yeast undisturbed if you can....
