I got 1.054 because I ended up with 11 gallons instead of 12

1 oz sladek hops 15 mins
wyeast kolsch yeast.
ferment at 62 degrees for 2 weeks
cold condition at 50 degrees 4weeks
I had this beer at a local homebrew club oktoberfest. It was my favorite. Lots of orange notes in the hops. Very light and crisp from the cold fermentation and conditioning. If you can't get sladek hops you can use NZ pacific hallertau hops. They also have a very orange flavor profile with the same 5% AA rating.
