Greetings From Kansas City

I have found this site to be most helpfull in the last couple of weeks planning my first brew. Thanks to all!! I now have five gallons of English IPA bubbling away in my spare closet.
To tell alittle bit about myself, Ive worked at brewpubs as a manager or bartender for years. Now that i'm out of that buisness I decided to make my own tasty brews. I love, LOVE hops in all shapes and forms. The hoppier the better.
