How long do I leave the warming belt on for on my batch of stout. Bubbling has stopped at the air lock, it has been about 8 days, and this my 4th batch but only my second time using a warming belt.

Use it as long as you want to keep your beer warm. If its the brew belt, they recommend you not use it for more than 8 days with out letting it cool. If fermentation is over the temp isn't as important, but I would try to keep the beer above 64 just to make sure if the yeast aren't finished, they will still do their job and not go to sleep on you.

If it's been 8 days, fermentation has stopped anyways. Take the belt off and just allow the beer to condition a bit. You can also start thinking about possibly transferring to a secondary in the next week or two.
