Pellets to Leaf

There's a ton of debate over pellets or leaf hops... That, thankfully, isn't my question. It's much simpler.

I've never used whole leaf hops before, but with the selection getting smaller at my usual places, I may have to use leaf hops in place of pellets. When doing that switch, is there any weight adjustment I need to do or is 1 ounce of pellet hops equal to 1 ounce of leaf hops in terms of affecting my beer?

i believe it's 10% more leaf over plugs over pellets

10% more whole than pellet, programs like promash will do this adjustment for you. Also be prepared to lose a considerable amount of wort to the whole hops.
