I need to brew this weekend but have a time constraint. I usually partial mash. I would like to mash tonight, let the wort sit in the pot till tomorrow morning and boil it then. does anyone see any potential problems with that? thanks.

Bacteriological infection. The grains are covered in lactobacillus and if you don't boil it after mashing, they will grow; other bacteria might also infect the beer. These bacteria would be killed when you did boil it, but you would just have a soured, more acidic beer and it would taste different (flaw). Just wait and brew tomorrow.

Mash and do a mash-out to 168F. Cover well, so the temperature holds. This will knock out the bacteria, even if it cools somewhat before you can drain the wort. The only other safe approach is to drain and chill the wort.
