Hi All - My first post here. I bottled the Brewers Best Ivanhoe Belgium Tripple back on August 18 and there still is little to no carbonation in the bottles. I'v moved to a warmer area ( ~74 degress), tipped the bottles and still no carbonation yet. I used 3/4 priming sugar that came with the kit. First time I've ever had an issue like this. The ABV is about 8%, and tastes great:cross: - just flat:( . What are my options other than drinking 2 cases of flat beer?

Thanks

What temp were the bottles at before? And what yeast did you use?

Sounds like you've got it under controll. Roll the bottles to swirl up the yeast and move them to a warmer spot for a week or so...

If still nothing you could try some carbtabs....but read Evan!'s posts about that

OH! And welcome to the board!

what yeast was used? can it handle fermentation past 8% ABV or is it dead/stunted from alcohol poisoning??
