Hello,

woah - I read the first line of the grains as being 76 lbs of Pale Malt at first..... then I came to my senses.

Probably best to give your mash temp/time as that will have an effect on attenuation, but it looks good to me - I'd be willing to try a pint or two/three.

Done,

Thanks,

Looks like you're on to a pretty bleedin' tasty beer! :mug:

The only thing I'd change is to move all of the flavor/aroma hops to one big addition at flameout. But that's my preference; YMMV.

Cheers!

Hello,

I think I'm gonna alter this a bit and change the Crystal 40L to Crystal 60L to deepen the color a bit. Any thoughts?

Thanks, gonna order the ingredients right now.

Where in central PA are you? My wife is from DuBois
