So my second batch ever was an ipa about 3 months ago, I bottled it after 2 weeks and there was still a lot of suspendedmatter, and when I cracked the first one it tasted cidery and had a growing head/foam issue!

So I dummped it all....

Went to my inlaws and low and behold my fatherIL still had 3 bottles, this is at LEAST 2 moths since dumping... So I tried one for giggles.. It was fine, the yeast had taken its time but eventually they got the job done, so as every one says

DON'T DUMP YOUR BEER!!!!!

Thanks for sharing that hard-way lesson.

Of course, I'm still sitting on a batch of mild from July; I jacked with Jamil's recipe and made something undrinkable. Not an execution/sanitation problem, just a jacked up recipe design on my part. I keep hoping it'll improve but it hasn't happened yet.
