Has anyone tried adding limes to their brew either during the boil or in the secondary? I've got an Amber Cerveza that I'm looking to add a little flavor to and I thought lime would be a good compliment if anyone has a method they've used before.:D

I've worked orange, and am considering doing something with lime for the summer. The bigger flavor/aroma on any citrus comes from the zest of it. A couple of options are to use a microplane zester or a potato peeler...Just make sure you take only the green and NOT any of the white pith below. The white contains bitter oils, that you DON'T want in your brew.
