Just bottled my Helles tonight

SWMBO and I just got done bottling our version of What the Helles. The color came out great, and is it ever tasty, even before carbing.

Had to bottle tonight, cause we will be brewing up a Czech Pilsner tomorrow, and I didn't want to buy another carboy.

To top it all off, I enjoyed a few hefes while we were bottling.

I think nights like this are the reason we decided to start homebrewing.

nice! i've been too lazy to bottle my helles that I called Warschau Original ;-) I'll leave it in a fermenter for one more week.

I just finished brewing a German lager, but I also have a helles in the primary.

I finished an OK Okocim Full Pale, it was just OK...now the Okocim Traditional I'm drinking right now is much better...
