When your eff. is low the color is lighter. When I change the eff in beersmith the color is not effected. Is there a way to change that in settings?

I don't believe so, the one issue I realy don't like about Beersmith is that it doesn't take mash temps into consideration either when brewing, so FG's can also vary slightly. It will be close, but if you are going to mash at a much higher temp the less fermentable wort is not factored into the equations.

I like the program, it is user friendly, but some of the features are not so accurate.
