Has anyone tried to clone Lancaster's Amish Four Grain Ale? It's got barley, oats, rye and wheat (I guess these are the four grains you would want in there, so sorry if that's obvious...). They use Willamette, Fuggles and Saaz. OG 13.8, ABV 5.6, IBU 28. It's a nice beer--grainy and spicy and nicely balanced. Any ideas would be very welcome. Thanks!
 
I know I am nearly seven years late, but I loved Lancaster four grain, it's a shame they don't make it any more.. Would love to work out a clone for this, loved the spicy, grainy flavor it had.

The new version they call Hop Buggy is an amber ale 5.8%, IBU 55, SRM 23. I spoke with a bar tender who told me they only changed one grain from the original four grain recipe. Any thoughts or impute???.....
