Hi Everybody! (Doctor Nick's Voice)
I am currently looking to brew up some of Charlie Papazian's Holiday Cheer and have it ready to go by Christmas Day/New Year so I have to get cracking!
Would anyone other there have the recipe and instructions from the book? I have searched online but I have found pieced together recipes and very few with decent brew day instructions. I must admit I am a novice brewer so any advice and additional details would prove helpful!
