I NEED TO BREW!!! All of my beers are in the bottles, and I have nothing in the Primaries or Secondaries. EEEEEEEKKKK!!! So, I modified Ed's IPA Clone. Also, thanks for the inspiration MikeyC. :fro:

5 lb's 2 Row American Pale Malt

1 lb 20L

1 lb 40L

5 lbs. Light LME

1 oz Warrior 60 mins
1 oz Centennial 45 mins
1 oz Centennial 5 mins

1 oz Centennial Dry Hop

Sarbrew US-56 Dry Yeast
or
Wyeast 1272 American Ale II(Not decided on the yeast just yet, but I have been meaning to try this
Wyeast. Seeing as how I am trying something new, I figure I might as
well go all out.)

So, what do you think? I'm thinking it's going to turn out somewhat bigger then the Stone IPA, but that's fine by me. Only worry I have is that if it turns out to big, I'm going to be wanting a Yeast Starter. Eh, we'll tackle that one when we get there. ;-)

Pitched my Yeast about 7 hours ago and I already have a nice little head of Krausen. I did wind up using the 1272. SG og my Wort is 1.062. Looking forward to this one!!!
