I need some links on kegging so I don't screw up this weekend.

I understand how to sanitize the keg properly, including the dip tubes,. and i've already cleaned it first.

mainly, I wanna know about properly connecting and disconnecting gas lines. I have a dual output regulator (same pressure on both), but will have 3 kegs total. so there may be some swapping of gas lines from time to time to rapidly force carb the 3rd, or simply switching what beer I wanna drink, all at the same serving psi.

basically I don't wanna shoot beer up my gas line by turning off the pressure/disconnecting things in the wrong order.

specifically, I have this CO2 regulator: http://www.beveragefactory.com/draftbeer/regulator/twoproduct/642-2.shtml

will it be as simple as closing the final valve, then just removing the disconnect? or do I dial down the regulator first?

Can you fit all three kegs in your kegerator? If so, get a Wye Fitting (http://www.williamsbrewing.com/TWO-LINE_REGULATOR_ADAPT__P56C117.cfm is just one place you can get them... Northern Brewer has them too) and you can run two gas lines from one reggy.

To avoid shooting beer up your gas line - before you hook up to the gas, make sure you've released the pressure using the pressure release valve on the keg ESPECIALLY when the keg is full. Also, get an inline check valve to put between your gas line and regulator. This will only allow things to flow one direction (ie gas to keg NOT beer to regulator).
