I dunno for a commercially available source, but maybe you can make one yourself?
Check out a Bike/Triathlon store for some carbon fiber seat posts...The "aero" style seatpost are vaguely tap handle looking. Probably run you $50 min...

Just get a standard tap handle and wrap it in carbon fiber vinyl....

Finished product would be awesome looking and only cost about $5.00 for the vinyl. Used to work at a sign making company and I use "extra" vinyl for all sorts of different things. Never thought of using it for a tap handle, but thanks for the idea! ;-)

I second the Vinyl! You don't need the real deal for a tap handle. They're not that heavy
