Wow, this one looks awesome! Did you or would you brew this one again? That's a pretty large hops bill.

Were you able to identify anything as "Midnight Wheat" at all? I have a beer in primary that I used Midnight Wheat for, and I've been curious as to how that will taste.

I've never used midnight wheat, but the description on Austin's website makes it sound pretty cool

I loved this beer and it was well received across the board. It was an expensive recipe to put together but worth it as a quarterly extravagent brew to have on tap. I keep 7 handles full with usually 1 or 2 big or specialty beers in the mix. I'm brewing it again soon with a couple of changes...a few actually, I'll post the new recipe here.

The Midnight Wheat is a great grain, it imparts serious color with a very mild chocolate roast quality. The Sinimar is a great little extract as well, it contributes a ton of color and a very soft & smooth roast character, it's derived from Carafa so it still works under German beer law as well.
