Embedded control solution

I have running through the search function for 3 hrs now.
Someone out there was(is) running a type of enbedded unit called...

Also check out the BrewTroller based on the Arduino's big Brother The Sanguino. http://www.brewtroller.com It will do more than most people can imagine. For a more turn key solution check out the Embedded Control Concepts BCS-460. http://www.embeddedcontrolconcepts.com

The Brewtroller is a little more of an experimenters platform but has a lot of features. It's based on open source code and hardware. The BCS-460 is, like I said, more turn-key and easier for the typical DYI builder to implement, but doesn't have the feature set of the BrewTroller.
