FINALLY! Just finished my first all grain brew day and I am super stoked. I had a few hiccups but overall it went really well. The best part is that I planned on 70% eff but got 78%! I missed my original strike water temp after I dumped the water into my tun (lost 7 degrees and was not counting on that) so I had to reheat it. But got it right the second time and was about 1 degree high on my mash temp (151 vs 150). I also slightly overestimated my evaporation rate on my boil so had to boil a little longer (75 min vs 60). Only had one hop addition at 60 min so I figure i'll get a few more IBUs out of it but hopefully it will not impact the beer too much. Now I can't wait for my next batch!

Nice job. I'm looking forward to trying a AG brew here within the next month.
