So I split my starter for my SNPA clone and am trying to figure out what to make with it next. I'm looking for something kind of simple ingredients-wise. I don't want to have to buy several kinds of hops. I was looking at a recipe for a bitter I found online. do you think it would work?

Grain Bill:
3.3 lbs Coopers liquid M.E. (out of Edme Maris Otter!-next time)
2 lbs Munton & Fison light dry M.E.
1 lb Beeston crystal malt (26 L)
Hop Bill: 1 oz. UK Fuggle (4.7% alpha) 1 hour boil
1/2 oz. East Kent Goldings (4.2% alpha)1 hour boil
1/2 oz. East Kent Goldings (4.2% alpha) 45 min boil
1/2 oz. East Kent Goldings (4.2% alpha) 30 min boil
1/4 oz. East Kent Goldings (4.2% alpha) 15 min boil
1/4 oz. East Kent Goldings (4.2% alpha) 2 min boil
11 HBU's plus aroma

I'd have to convert to extract, which isn't a big deal. That's kind of what I was wanting to do. Start playing around with ingredients. figure out which hops do what.
