Tasting Notes
WOW! Super pleased with the outcome. Fantastic wheat with just a little sweetness.
I recently had an Erdinger-Festwiese at a German bar in Philadelphia. I was blown away! I do enjoy the occasional wheat beer, but this was a fantastic blend of wheat beer and oktoberfest maltiness. It was tough to find a recipe, but after searching the web for a few weeks i was able to put this recipe together. It was the first beer I put on tap in my new kegerator and it went in 2 weeks. I recommend this beer to any wheat beer fans and to anyone who wants to just try something different.
