I carbonated my lager and ale in my keg to the perfect carbonation (this isn't the issue).

After a week of drinking it, (kept at about 10 psi) my CO2 tank ran out of gas. (Its been awhile since I refilled it).

I'm planning on leaving somewhere for a week in the next two days. Would it be OK to leave the beer in the kegs for a week without CO2 on them?

it will be fine - flat when you get back, you will just have to re pressurize it

no problem

That's my worthless opinion anyway

it will have the same lvl of carb as when you leave, if it not flat now then it wount be flat when you get back.
and btw its a good idea to unhook you kegs when not inuse anyway
it sucks to learn that the hard way and lose a whole keg that got a leaky bev line
with the gas still hooked up.
i am fanatical now about checking hose clamps and connections.
