So the LHBS gave me a baggie of this stuff but no instructions on how to use it. I'm assuming I'm supposed to include it in the boil with the extract/DME. I'll mostly be using it for starters but it doesnt appear to use enough to make a difference anyways...maybe a 1/4 tsp or so.

I am supposed to boil this for a time not pitch it in raw am I?

A half teaspoon in the last ten minutes of the boil. Combined with good aeration and a healthy dose of yeast, you'll have a strong fermentation started in no time.

Thanks...I didn't think it would be a good idea to toss it in raw.
