10 lbs. of American two-row (I use Rahr) - 90%
1 lb. of Victory malt - 9.1%
1 oz. of Ahtanum - First wort / 60 min.
1 oz. of Ahtanum - 20 min.
1 oz. of Citra - 10 min.
1 oz. of Citra - 1 min.
1 oz. of Citra (leaf) - dry hop
1/2 Whirlfloc tab @ 5 min.
Mash @ 152 for 60 minutes
