So Im done with my first batch. I made a heffe weissen from a ingredient kit.
Turned out pretty good.
What I really want to do is to make a wheat stout/porter.. something kind of like Unibroue- Chambly Noire

Any advice? Is think too big of a thing for me to do for my second batch?
