I am planning on making an ultra hopped brown ale for my next batch. My question is, I want to do a dry hop in the secondary, If I am using pellet hops do I just dump the hops in the secondary while racking?

That works fine, but you may need to rack a 3rd time if you suck up some of the loose hop matter.

You could also throw them in a sanitized hop/grain bag and put them in your secondary......

Yes. :)

Hops are naturally antibiotic; it's why they used them in the first place, to prevent spoiling. Infection from dry hopping just doesn't happen.
