There are regular threads based on seasonal brews, when to start them and if it's too late to start in time for x event.
It got me thinking can we get a list together. (I know this has been attempted/done but can't find the link)
*Disclaimer* I am in no way qualified to put a list like this together myself, also I do realise that any style of beer can and should be enjoyed at any time of the year...
One divide I've seen is the popularity of drinks changing by season...
Winter - Spiced beers and Ciders and Heavier Stouts
Spring - Bocks
Summer - Lighter ales and lagers, fruitier wheats
Autumn - Oktoberfest
Some of the aging trends/needs show that...
Quick - Milds and Lower ABV beers
Medium - Most beers most people brew
Long Aging - Lots of alcohol, any additional spices etc
I'll end this with restating that I don't really know what I'm talking about and I would like / expect to be corrected and have additional info added... Please add...
