I just recently fell in love with this beer all over again. I was hoping someone had a tried and true clone recipe out there...but my searching was all for naught. Help!
Anybody have a good Hitachino White clone?

I have never tried it but they give a pretty good amount of info on the site to start your forumlation:

I'm new to this and I would love to try this one out. What kind of timing would you use on these particular hops?
