Help me understand what this is telling me:

efficencyquestion.JPG

Maybe I am not understanding the whole efficiency deal. I did not adjust anything from the recipe. I just plugged it in (it cited a brewhouse efficiency of 80%) on the recipe. I nailed the amounts on the recipe.

Oktoberfest
3-B Oktoberfest/Märzen

Size: 5.16 gal
Efficiency: 80.0%
Attenuation: 77.0%
Calories: 189.34 kcal per 12.0 fl oz

Original Gravity: 1.057 (1.050 - 1.056)
Terminal Gravity: 1.013 (1.012 - 1.016)
Color: 9.94 (7.0 - 14.0)
Alcohol: 5.76% (4.8% - 5.7%)
Bitterness: 27.0 (20.0 - 28.0)

Ingredients:
7 lb Vienna
1.75 lb Wheat malt
1 lb Crystal 15
1 oz Hallertau (4.4%) - added during boil, boiled 60 min or sub tettnang for all
.50 oz Hallertau (3.6%) - added during boil, boiled 45 min
.50 oz Hallertau (3.6%) - added during boil, boiled 30 min
1.0 ea Whirlfloc Tablets (Irish moss) - added during boil, boiled 5 min
1.5 L WYeast 2206 Bavarian Lager
or S-04 ale yeast

Notes
Single infusion batch sparge
Saccharification @ 153 [60 min] bump to 158 for ale yeast 13.3 quarts
Mashout @ 165 [10 min] 2.7 quarts
Sparge @ 172 [10 min] 4 gallons

I know I am doing fine, but what does this really tell me? I am thinking it means if I get recipes that are calced at 70% I would DROP grain to end up at the target OG. Not a bad thing.

Equipment is a 10 gallon round cooler with false bottom, batch sparging. I calc to get my temps and quanity for first infusion on tasty brew and then use sparge with what I need to get to boil volume (on a sub 1.060 beer, I have not done many big ones with this set up)
