So I'm thinking about brewing an extract batch of EdWort's Haus Pale Ale tomorrow afternoon. His recipe calls for 1.5# of Munich LME. My LHBS stocks it, so getting it isn't a problem.
My issue is Beersmith doesn't seem to have Munich LME in it's list of ingredients. Does anyone know the properties of this extract so I can add it to Beersmith's ingredients list?
