Need IPA Recipe for beginner

A buddy (very good buddy) bought me my first home brew kit. I was hoping someone could share a very simple India Pale Ale recipe for my very first batch. Any advice out there?

I'm finishing off my second keg of Brewer's Best IPA, and extract kit and lovin it. My wife is a wine drinker but won't drink anymore wine until this is gone.

It isn't truly an IPA because it does not use British ingredients, but it'd be mighty tasty and hoppy.
A good tip for extract brewers is to always use light or extra light malt extract and use steeping grains for your color. With an IPA look for a nice orangeish color. Fermentation temp and sanitation are two of the most important things to watch out for.

Don't boil the grain!!!!

I second Ohio Dave. The Brewers Best IPA is a good one. I made it several times before switching to all grain.
