I've seen it before, but couldn't resist watching again. I love how they open the show at Augustiner. But I feel like a Sci-fi geek watching a sci-fi movie and picking out all the parts that aren't "realistic". They skipped the sparge and said that lager yeasts prefer a fermentation temp of 40dF.:(
 
Ya Ive seen it several times. It is bunch of basic stuff but its more fun to watch when you know all about it. I was out of the room and on HBT at the time but I thought I heard them mispronounce hefeweizen but I cant confirm that.
