I've looked through the midwest site and have looked around other places but I don't know what I want to brew next. We have a dark ale carbing, a copper ale fermenting, and a lemon coriander weiss waiting.
Would like to try a brew similar to something like Shiner's Holiday Cheer, but have no idea how to make recipe's from scratch.
I'm open to suggestions as I am new to this but I want to try something a bit different. I've never done a secondary fermentation where I racked onto a flavor inducer, only for clarity.
Anyone have input?
