So I just transferred my Belgium Wit from secondary into my keg and connected my CO2. Turn it on and I hear my beer gurgling away and it takes me a few seconds to realize I connected my air line to the wrong terminal. So I then switch terminals and gassed and burped my keg as I always do.

So what could I expect, if anything from this? Since this was CO2 with a minimal layer of O2 I'm hoping it doesn't negatively affect at all. I rationalize it as a very early carb with a bit of O2?

No worries mate. There is not nearly enough O2 in the dip tube to have any sort of impact. As long as you burp the keg as you said you did there is no problem.

Yer fine.

Just be thankful the connector came off easily.
You'll find that some people do this purposely (with the bev connector) to more rapidly force carb.
