Not as good as I hoped, but I know why. It's too sweet. Way too sweet. Didn't get enough hop utilization. But I know why and it can be fixed next time.
I'm thinking about making the same thing over again with some adjustments.

The recipe is good though. It smells fantastic. I just... messed up my hops. Didn't measure them right. Plus, I think the muslin hop bags I used didn't let them circulate around and do their job right. Too small.

Then tweak it, my dear fellow! I don't know about you, but if a batch I brew doesn't turn out like I planned, I keep brewing it until I get it right.

Ya know... a little instant coffee and dark chocolate syrup and this is more drinkable.
