Well today I brewed a Belgian Dark Strong and my OG was 1.101 for a 7 gallon post boil. I was shooting for 6.5 but I am still messing with boil off rate. Anyone else +100 with any brews lately?

Not I, and that is one big beer, and looks really good, congrats, how long does that have to age? Just curious.

Yep!

It's conditioning... DELICIOUS stuff! Trying to let it sit for another month. It's hard!

Yeah, my 9-9-9 Barleywine boiled for nearly 3 hours to get 8.5 gallons down to 5.5gal, ended up at 1.154. Most of a bottle of propane got me 92% brewhouse efficiency! :rockin: No idea what it'll turn out like, but it seemed like syrup going into the fermenter.

I dont have a hydrometer pic, but I did a barley wine on january 2nd that hit just above 1.170 (dont know for sure, hydrometer maxed at 1.160). The final Gravity was 1.032 at Bottling 5 months later.
