what is the best way to clean beer lines with picnic taps?

I am using picnic taps and was wondering what is the best way to clean my lines? I don't think a beer line cleaning kit is worth it since I can easily dissemble the picnic taps.

Put some hot BLC in a corny. Flush it through the line. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Repeat, then flush with clean water.

Ok, Should I clean the corny first then the line? What psi should use?
