White Labs Oktoberfest Lager Yeast

These are hard-working little critters...and stinky little bastards too! I love the fermentation action I am seeing from this yeast, particularly how quickly they were off and running from the yeast starter i made. The sulphur smell they give off is a bit intense, but then I don't smell all that good after gorging myself on my favorite foods either.

Just a little mid-fermentation feedback on these guys...
