Just wanted to share an experience I had today with a popular supplier.
I ordered some SSR PID controllers and a few other odds and ends to wrap things up on the eBrutus 20. As I already had the required SSRs I did not order any, but I did order some 25Amp contactors for disconnects. I received an email from Suyi concerned that I may have ordered the wrong controller or contactor and wanted me to confirm whether I needed to make a change or not. A lot of places would just stuff the parts in a box and be happy with the sale. The fact Auber instruments took the time to check that the right thing was ordered really impressed me, on a Sunday no less!
