Got some specific timing questions coming up in the next two weeks. Basically we have two 6.5g buckets, two 5 gallon BB, and a bottling bucket, and are trying to decide which beers to age for longer and where. For the week in question we have:

Yeti clone at 4 weeks (6.5g bucket) 1.092 OG
Apfelwein at 4 weeks (5g BB) Edwort OG
Gulden Draak clone at 8 weeks (5g BB) 1.090 OG
