I just got my tax return, and with the 40% off coupon I got for working a festival this year, I went a little nuts.

300 lb. 2 row
1 bag american oak cubes.
2 bags french oak chips
two packets notty
six packets safale 05.
WL - Abbey, Cali V, and Golden Ale yeast

Cascade - 1 lb.
Amarillo - 1 lb 2 0z.
Tett - 10 oz.
Simcoe - 12 oz.
Galena - 4 oz.
Centennial - 1 lb.
Ahtanam - 2 oz.
Chinook - 4 oz.
Northern Brewer - 4 oz.
saaz - 8 oz.
Hallertau - 6 oz.
Vanguard - 2 oz.
warrior - 2 oz.
brambling cross - 2 oz.

good thing ya got pellets ehh? i think that much whole hops would require a dedicated hp fridge!

I actually prefer using pellet hops, so it works out.

The grain I get in a certificate format. So I have a certificate I take in and they just subtract it when I pick it up. It saves me from having to store it and mill it myself.
 
ha. I didn't know they do 'grain certificates'. if I ever get off my ass go all grain that will be quite convenient

Yeah. Anything over 50 pounds is like 65 cents a pound, I believe. I like that better than having to store and crush my own grain.
