Brew Sat. Nite; Wine Sun. Morn

Sat. night at 9 o'clock I fired up the stove and brewed batch #3 Mammy's Sweet Milk Stout(5gal), already bubblin' ! My most painless brew sesion to date. Woke up Sun. morning and had pigs and pancakes, went to the store, and came back with 6gals of Apple juice. Apfelwein time . ! First time both fermenters filled at the same time. Nice. Very nice. I think I'm goin to need another one. What to brew next? Ahh, the possibilties.

I'm jealous. No brewing here AGAIN this weekend. It's looking like May before I will have time.

This makes me want to go out and buy another primary (and maybe another secondary too) so I can get two brews going at once... Oh, if only I had more money, so that I could justify the cost...

You can never have too many barrels.
I am up to five just now and would like another. Two are used simply for cleaning bottles. MUST BUY MORE!!!
