Damn I am actually working on one right now for my Moodle site... It won't be done for a while. I am working on constructing a "Brewing Basics" course for anyone who wants to learn about brewing in general.
Topics start in a logical way and Chronologically:
History of beer
Beer in Culture
Ingredients
Equipment
Proceedures
Styles
.... So on and so forth until I deem that it looks good.
I am hoping to have the course finished by around January.
I wish I could give you a finished product now but I literally just started this and I really want this to not be about "How to brew" as Palmer already covered this beautifully, but about brewing and the appriciation of the craft, as I feel that too many people think that beer is low compared to wine...
I actually am positing that wine is the lower of the two since more complexity can be found in beer, rather than wine, due to many factors that are unforseen by the normal person.
