I couuldn't find 2011 Centennial hops from Farm House Brewing or Hops Direct, and my LHBS guy says he can't get them either. Is this because the 2011 crop hasn't been processed/pelletized yet or are they all gone already?
Another hop shortage already?

I bought 2011 Centennial from Hops Direct about a month or so ago, so I guess they are all gone.
I got Centennial from Fresh Hops 2011 and they still have them.
lol... if you think centennial is hard to get, try finding some Simcoe or Citra (pellet).
There are 3 or 4 varieties that are selling out as soon as they show up for sale.
