It's been in the primary for a week now, and I wanted to take a reading on it. Opened it up and it looked like this. It smelled a little spoiled but since this is my first batch I don't really know what exactly that would smell like. I've been using C-Brite to sanitize everything on the brew day and Iodophor to sanitize everything that touches the fermenting wort.
